HOST > Meeting Information

HOST meetings are open to the public and time is always set-aside at the end of each meeting for public comments. Parties interested in being placed on the agenda may request to do so by contacting HOST. Times, dates, and location of meetings are subject to change. HOST also maintains an ARCHIVE OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES.

HOST ADVISORY BOARD MEETINGS
Meetings are held at Hawaii Yacht Club, located at 1739C Ala Moana Blvd., the second Thursday of every month beginning at 3:00 pm (1500).

2012 Meetings are scheduled as follows:
JANUARY 12 | FEBRUARY 9 | MARCH 8 | APRIL 12 |
MAY 10 | JUNE 14 | JULY 12 | AUGUST 9 |
SEPTEMBER 13 | OCTOBER 11 | NOVEMBER 8 |
DECEMBER 13 (**Annual Christmas Party)

HOST GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
Meetings are held at the HCC Marine Education and Training Center on Sand Island Access Road, the third Thursday of every other month beginning at 2:00 pm (1400).

2012 Meetings are scheduled as follows:
FEBRUARY 16 | APRIL 19 | JUNE 21 |
AUGUST 23 (**August 17 is Statehood Day) | OCTOBER 18 |
DECEMBER 13 (**Annual Christmas Party)
